Germany - Magdeburg to Minden

The pulpit of Magdeburg Cathedral has intricately carved figures and decorations all over it. You need to have a good look up close to take it all in. All around the interior of the church there are statues of royalty and religious figures sometimes individually and sometimes as part of a story panel.
